Player Code Of Conduct

Junior & Youth players are the most important people in soccer.

Playing in a team, striving to be the best player they can be, being determined and giving their all towards helping the team compete to win as many games as possible is the most fundamental part of the game.

Players must have a healthy respect for their team mates and club officials. They should also learn how to accept success and failure.

When players are given rules and you develop a good team culture then they will be able to grow and develop in whatever position they are asked to fulfill within your team.

It is vital that players show respect towards:

  • Opponents
  • Officials
  • Spectators
  • The Laws of the Game, &
  • Team mates

Players can help themselves tremendously by making every effort to be the best that they can be by doing the following points:

  • Strive to develop their own technique and skill through practice
  • Ensure they give maximum effort and performance during a every game in whatever position they are asked to play in
  • Respect themselves and their team mates, setting a positive, sporting example for all to see
